This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries/health issues which may occur as a result of you following a performance and/or nutrition program. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that is is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Southern CT Sports and Nutrition dba Eat More Be Fit and its agents and members from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive your right that you may otherwise bring legal action against Eat more Be Fit for personal injury or any health related issue.

$40 Flexible Dieting – Get started right away with Flexible Dieting. Macro based daily requirement based on you personally, access to Facebook Peer Support group, and weekly check-in emails with tips and tricks to help you successfully navigate Flexible Dieting. $15 Flexible Dieting Recalculate – After you have been Flexible Dieting for some time, will need a new set of macros for the new person you have become. Congrats! Click on the “Pay Now” below and get your new set of numbers to match your new goal! This option is available to clients that have been actively tracking their macros and up to 3 months after receiving your initial macro profile or subsequent recalculations.
$125 Flexible Dieting (FD) Complete – New to this whole nutrition and performance thing? Maybe you need a little more of a hands-on approach. Choosing this option and you will work closely with one of us. In addition to everything offered in the $40 option, you will be in contact with us through email, text, and phone calls. You will be checked in on frequently and we will work with you to help find best food choices, ideas about how to prepare, help with the tracking applications and much much more! Click on the “Pay Now” below for a Complete package for your fitness goals!
Now that you got your nutrition dialed in and are really making some gains towards your goals, let’s add some individualized programming to your training. Below you will find different options based on the goals YOU have decided to achieve! Let us help you meet your fitness goals too! We have different options for your different individualized goals.
- Olympic Weightlifting is programming geared toward the athlete that would like to compete in the sport of USAW.
- Sport Specific is programming used in conjunction with your sport training to help elevate you to the next level on the field. Keeping up with your normal training we help you identify holes in your program, weaknesses in your game and we fill them. This option is for three days a week.
- Strength and Conditioning is for people looking for direction and programming for day to day fitness. We combine strength training, with powerlifting, HIIT, cardio, GPP, CrossFit, flexibility, endurance, bodybuilding, toning and figure competition prep. If one of these things scares you or doesn’t appeal to you we can pick and choose what you would like to work on. The sky is the limit!
